Lot four is situated above the sixth green and adjacent to the seventh tee of the Cress Creek Golf Course.  Looking south from the building site the seventh green and the pond behind it are visible.  Looking North East over the ridge the land slopes down to the  pond at the heart of the community and the wide expanse of lots 14, 15, and 16.
