2. We save our clients money. Selling property takes a great deal of experience and skill. We pride ourselves on saving our clients money through our negotiating skills and our diligence when it comes to potential problems associated with a property. Most FSBOs are purchased by buyers who have a buyer´s agent. These agents are nonetheless usually paid a fee by the Seller. In these situations, the FSBO owner has to do all the work AND pay a commission!
3. We save our clients hassle. We know the best vendors and contractors in the area. We are happy to provide sellers a list of reliable and reputable businesses from septic installers to plumbers, from title attorneys to electricians. 
4. We protect our clients. Most buyers who purchase FSBOs have buyer agents helping them. They have professional advice while the seller has none. This leaves the seller vulnerable and unprotected.
5. We earn our keep. Our agents only earn a commission when a property goes to closing. This makes them highly motivated and eager to help. Believe us when we say, they are worth paying for.
